FinTrack OS is a finance, grants, invoice, compliance, and operations platform used by NGOs, training providers, and project-based institutions. Your goal: build an AI module that plugs into those workflows and helps teams understand data, catch problems early, and act faster.
FinTrack OS replaces fragmented spreadsheets with a governed finance operating system — designed for Indian compliance realities, multi-branch operations, and director-level visibility.
Role-based access, approvals, and audit trails.
GST, TDS, CA review, and monthly lock workflows.
Executive dashboards and structured reporting.
The core build sprint is 7 days. Every milestone below is fixed — adjust only if officially announced.
Each participant or team enters one track and builds one AI module. No-code / low-code is allowed for the Product Strategy and UI/UX tracks.
The primary challenge is the AI Executive Summary + Compliance Risk Copilot. All other modules are optional category submissions.
A published rubric, five criteria, 100 points total. Evaluated by the Vensol Global team.
Internship note: Top performers will be shortlisted for internship interviews based on performance, role fit, availability, and evaluation. Internship shortlisting does not guarantee employment.
